The ESR Foldable 3-in-1 Charging Station is designed for users who want to charge multiple devices at the same time. The foldable charging station allows you to charge a smartphone, a smartwatch, and headphones simultaneously. The charging power for the smartphone is up to 25 watts. The charging station supports Qi2 and features a magnetic mount as well as an integrated CryoBoost cooling system.
But is the product worth its price of approximately €125, or is it just a fancy paperweight? We’ll try to answer these questions in our review.

In addition to the aforementioned charging power of up to 25 watts, the Charging Station features Qi2 and MagSafe technology as well as CryoBoost cooling. The cooling system is designed to reduce the heat generated during charging, thereby ensuring lower temperatures—especially during high-power wireless charging.
ESR also states that the Apple Watch Series 10 can be charged from 0 to 80 percent in just 30 minutes using the corresponding charging pad.
How quickly it actually charges can depend, among other things, on the device being used, its battery level, the temperature, and the case being used.
Thanks to the magnetic connection, for example, the smartphone remains in the designated position during the charging process. This is convenient in everyday use, as the smartphone doesn’t have to be constantly repositioned on a charging pad. At the same time, it can be easily removed again.
However, the protective case used must be compatible with MagSafe or the magnetic attachment and, according to the manufacturer, must not be thicker than 2 mm.
It’s also important to note that the charging station isn’t limited exclusively to Apple devices. The wireless charging feature also supports a wider range of compatible smartphones with wireless charging capabilities, including, for example, the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra and various Google Pixel models.
It’s important to distinguish between wireless charging and the magnetic attachment. While compatible smartphones can generally be charged wirelessly, not all non-Apple smartphones have a built-in magnetic attachment.
Depending on the smartphone and the case used, an additional self-adhesive magnetic ring may therefore be necessary to improve magnetic attachment.

The build quality is very high. The device features a housing that looks like stainless steel, and the folding mechanism is fascinatingly simple, using magnets to open and close it.
There are also four silicone feet on the bottom. They ensure that the station stands more stably on the table and is less likely to slip.
Thanks to its foldable design, the charging station is also relatively compact for transport.
First, connect the included USB-C cable to the power adapter. Then plug the other end of the cable into the charging station.
After that, simply place the respective devices on the designated charging surfaces.
The smartphone is held in place magnetically via a compatible magnetic mount, while the smartwatch and headphones are placed on their designated areas.
In our test, setup was quick and easy.
In practice, charging works flawlessly. The ability to charge multiple devices simultaneously with just one charging station is particularly convenient.
This can be a particular advantage when traveling, as you don’t have to bring a separate charger for each device. At your desk, too, this setup helps keep things tidy, since multiple chargers can be replaced by a single central station.
The MagSafe-compatible mount is elegant and practical. However, there’s one thing to keep in mind before purchasing: Not every smartphone automatically offers the same magnetic holding force. For compatible non-Apple smartphones, an additional magnetic ring may be required, depending on the device and case.
The integrated cooling system, consisting of multiple fans, is also commendable. This is an interesting feature that sets the charging station apart from other chargers.
Personally, I’d say that the ESR Charging Station is very compact and offers a modern charging solution for users who have multiple devices. I particularly like the build quality and the ability to charge multiple devices at the same time.
Even those who own only an iPhone benefit from the advantages it offers over other portable charging stations. However, users with multiple compatible devices can particularly benefit from the 3-in-1 solution.

If you’re willing to pay the price, you’ll definitely get a high-quality and practical charging station.
